Refund policy
No Returns, No Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Defective or Issue-Based Returns
If you receive a defective item or encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact our team. We will provide a return label for you to send the defective item back to us.
Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that it has been received and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Approved Refunds/Exchanges
If approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. A credit will be applied to your original payment method. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to the original delivery address unless otherwise specified.
Important Notes
Please include a note with your return package indicating whether it is a refund or exchange to assist our fulfillment team in processing your request accurately.
All refunds and reimbursements are processed through Shopify and may take 5 to 11 days to appear on your bank statement.
